Art offers solace — to artists and viewers. This is one of the ideas that five women explore in this exhibition. The artists of A Warm Embrace use color, fluidity and narrative to express musings, dreams and visions. In so doing, they invite us in!
Now living and working in the Seattle metro area, they are Soo Hong, Jody Joldersma, Naoko Morisawa, Neha Panicker and Xin Xin. A Warm Embrace reveals the rich variety of style in their artwork, from delicate to bold, cool to warm, and soft to fierce.
